Ingredients
4 cloves garlic
1 capsicum
1 large zucchini
2 carrots
2 cans of tomatoes
1/2 jar olives
300 ml heavy or food cream
Origano
1/2 chilli pepper
200 ml red wine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cans tuna (optional)
Mushrooms
Spaghetti
Directions
Fry garlic and carrots in olive oil.
When carrots are semi-soft, add red wine
Add capsicum and zucchini
Simmer until red wine dissipates a bit
Add remaining ingredients except cream and salt to taste.
It should be relatively dry at this point
Add cream simmer for 5 minutes
